The inner lining is super thin and soft, yet supportive. I use these for weights, bands, floor exercises, Bosu, and recumbent elliptical -- you get the idea. No riding or rubbing. Put them on. They stay in place. No friction between the lining and the exterior. Easy wash and wear. And plenty of colors if you care about that sort of thing. I got a medium, and my waist is about 33 1/2". Not too tight. Not too loose. Just right!

I am a new runner (Turning 50 in a few months). So I went on a tear buying different running shorts since all I had were basketball gym shorts, but those are longer and looser. Not the most comfortable for running a distance. So I tried several different lengths/sizes. This was the shortest pair I tried. WAY TOO SHORT for me to be out in public, LMAO. Maybe after some time, these would feel normal, but going from basketball shorts below the knee to these, umm, too soon, haha. HOWEVER, they are the most comfortable shorts I have ever worn to bed. In that way, they are perfect for me.

The second pair of this brand I have purchased and they’re awesome. Love all the different color options. They sit on the waist perfectly, and they are just the right length. Not too short not too long. Great for lounging around the house, working out, or a quick errand run.

I absolutely love these shorts. I’m a 5-mile-a-day runner, and these shorts do not ride up. The liner isn’t transparent, so no matter how wet they become, you’ll maintain modesty. They’re stretchable and breathable, and if you’ve got larger thighs, they’ll accent them well. I’m about to order 5 more pairs.
