Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
We do NOT ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address input
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
- You may receive separate tracking numbers
- Items may arrive at different times
This is a standard practice and does not indicate an issue with your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
We reserve the right to:
- Charge additional shipping fees for reshipment
- Issue a refund minus shipping costs
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times:
Delays may occur due to:

- Carrier disruptions
- High order volume (e.g. holidays, promotions)
Delivery times may vary within a typical 3–7 business day range depending on conditions.
Lost / Missing / Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local carrier
- Reach out to us within 7 days
We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
However:
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered
- Claims may be denied if delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier
Delivery to Commercial Addresses
For business or commercial addresses:
- Delivery may require signature
- Delays may occur due to business hours or access restrictions
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent
- Refuse shipment to certain addresses based on risk assessment
International Shipping
At this time, our primary focus is the U.S. market.
International shipping may be available for selected regions at checkout.
