Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

Important:

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

This ensures your return is processed correctly and helps avoid delays or lost packages.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. size, preference)
  • Our responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  • Place a new order
  • Return the original item for a refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection time: 2–3 business days
  • Refund processing time: 3–5 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but reported missing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
  • Refused shipments or returned-to-sender packages
  • Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA approval)

In such cases, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct applicable fees, including return shipping and handling costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue for faster resolution

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Fulfillment & Delivery Notes

To ensure efficient delivery, orders are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics partners.

  • Once shipped, orders are handled by the selected carrier
  • Tracking updates will be provided
  • Delivery status is based on carrier information

  • Orders cannot be modified, rerouted, or intercepted after dispatch
  • Our support team will assist with delivery issues when possible
