These shorts are very functional and comfortable, with a thin, breathable fabric. The fit is true to size, and the fabric has a little stretch, so if you are hoping for a very snug fit, you could consider ordering a size down. If you want a looser fit, order your normal size. The pocket is large enough to hold my regular-sized iPhone 17 Pro. No rear pockets. Stitching is very well done with no hanging threads or puckered stitches. Although the fabric is thin, it's also solid, so you can't see the underwear through it, for example. The price is great for this quality

The shorts are comfortable but pull slightly when I move through a large range of motion, so they may not be the best option for activities like yoga. There are no zip pockets, just regular ones. They went through the washer just fine, and the care tag says you can put them in the dryer, which is convenient. Overall, the quality is good, and I like the athleisure style. If I had one complaint, it would be the choice of metal aglets for the waistband tie strings — they tend to jump around and hit me when I work out.

As an older guy getting back into shape, these shorts are perfect. I have a small home gym in my garage, and it gets pretty hot in the summer. I’m not a runner, so I cannot relate to these in that aspect, but these hardly feel like I am wearing anything. The stitching is nice, there are no loose threads hanging, always a good sign! They have a bit of a stretch to them, so it won't bind when he's working out. They are a nice length, and the color is nice. It has an elastic waistband, but it also has a drawstring, so he can easily adjust it for comfort. These are very comfy and cool gym shorts - they have some percentage of a stretchy material in them, so there is a nice give when squatting down. I wore them to practice tonight and liked how they felt. They’re lightweight and cool, so my lower parts never got sweaty. I gave them a quick rinse down before throwing them in the dryer to steam out the wrinkles from the original packaging, and they came out nice and smooth. I got a size medium, and they feel true to size.
